LEDBURY Books and Maps will be participating in World Book Night on Wednesday, April 23, by giving away copies of Cherub: The Recruit by Robert Muchamore, a book for young readers, 12 and up.
Incredibly gripping from the very start, this is an adventure that's set very much in the real world with trouble from school, the police and bullies as well as terrorist threats to contend with. Gritty, powerful and very thrilling.
Ledbury Books and Maps have copies of this book to give away free. Just pop up to the shop at 20 High Street, Ledbury during normal opening hours on Wednesday, April 23 to pick up your copy.
World Book Night is an annual celebration of reading and books, when passionate volunteers give hundreds of thousands of books away in their communities to share their love of reading. The event is run by The Reading Agency - the charity with a mission to give everyone an equal chance to become a reader.
