THE 151(Leominster) Sqn ATC are celebrating after a very successful few weeks.
The squadron was upgraded from Good to Very Good at their Annual Formal Inspection and then came back from their annual Wing Field Day (a day of competitions between 30 squadrons in West Mercian Wing) with two trophies and six top three places.
The squadron has improved its position in West Mercian Wing ATC in six of the competitions and overall went up from 14th last year to sixth this year.
Officer Commanding, Flt Lt Martin Fulloway said "These results are all down to the outstanding contribution made by everyone involved in the squadron but most importantly it is down to the cadets. They are enthusiastic, committed and hard-working and deserve the successes they have achieved. I am incredibly proud of them all. I would also like to thank my staff and Civilian Welfare Committee for their continued support."
