PRESTEIGNE Bowls Club recently held the first One Day Pairs Competition in memory of the late Shelia Scotford.
The winners of the Shelia Scotford Memorial Trophy were David Weale and Marcus Smith from Presteigne.
The runners up were Sam Roff and Kevin Stephens from Llandrindod Wells.
The winners of the Plate Competition were Luke Harwood and Stuart Pagan with Tim Worts and Ken Francis runners up.
The club would like to thank the Scotford family for donating the wonderful glass trophy.
Also thank you to all the members and friends of the club for all the hard work helping to make the day such a success.
The bowling club are now taking entries for the Gareth Bradford Memorial Triples Charity Day which will be played on September 2. For further details or to enter a team contact David Weale at Presteigne Bowling Club.
