THERE was a good attendance at the society's meeting on March 1.
The society was entertained by visitors from the Gloucester Philatelic Society.
Clive Colley displayed stamps and ephemera entitled Wild Africa and John Biddlecombe gave a display of New Zealand self adhesives.
A vote of thanks was given by Arthur Dyball.
The president Nick Nelson presented the two speakers with certificates to commemorate their visit to Hereford and to thank them for their displays.
The society meets at St Martins Parish Centre, Ross Road, Hereford at 7.30pm on the first Wednesday of each month. New members welcome.
Members of the society collect stamps, post cards and postal history and have several displays each year by visiting speakers. There is ample parking space.
