Our August Market and coffee morning will be held on Friday, August 11th  from 10 am until noon, in the Bredwardine & Brobury Village Hall.   There’s always someone to chat with, find out what’s going on in the village or just browse the stalls. The Great British Meatbox butchers from Allensmore bring a fine selection of fresh and frozen meats to our monthly market and it is well supported with local crafts, home produce, vegetables, plants, wood, honey, bread, jams, chutneys and eggs and items sold for charitable causes.    If you love birds and wildlife, you will love the homemade cards for all occasions.  Crafts, knitted and crocheted items and soft furnishings.   Treat yourself to cafetiere coffee or a range of traditional, green or fruit teas and a delicious slice of home-made cake. There’s a £1 fee to sellers for a table and no need to book in advance; just turn up on the Friday.  The hall is open for setup by 9am on the day.  If you do have a query, you can contact  Sarah Morgan on 01981 500155 or Philip Bower on 01981 500398.  Hope to see you there.

Hereford food bank
At each market we collect canned or dried foodstuffs and everyday items such as toothpaste, soap and toilet tissue for Hereford Food Bank. This is a charitable organization that is committed to the relief of poverty in Hereford and the surrounding area through the provision of emergency food parcels to individuals and families who are in serious and sudden hardship.  You can help by bringing a small donation to the market and leaving it on the collection table.  Thank you.
