FOLLOWING the Heart of England in Bloom 2017 judges visit in July Leominster has been rewarded with a Gold award.
With full support of the town council and local businesses Leominster looked stunning.Fabulous florals and a huge amount of community spirit and pride especially from the shop owners in the town made a lasting impact on the judges.
A very special mention was given to the Westfield Sixth Form pupils who have taken over the maintenance and running of the Pavillion Cafe area in The Grange.
The children's garden competition which was displayed in the Library, Grange Court gardens, School Lane, Butchers Row, Ginhall Green and even the litter picking projects were among the other items the judges commented on.
Many thanks to everyone who has sponsored, supported and helped to gain Leominster the reward it deserves.
