A MUSICAL collaboration between the Roaring Megs Community Choir and The Phoenix Theatre Singers delighted an audience of music lovers who filled the pews St Mary's Parish Church, Ross-on-Wye.

The sell-out concert, in early July, raised £1,500 for St Michael's Hospice.

Roaring Megs chairman, Matthew Constance said, 'We always give to local charities and this year the members of Roaring Megs Community choir chose St Michael's Hospice as their charity of choice.

"Also, my son spent the summer doing work experience at the hospice, so St Michael's and the excellent care they provide was very fresh in my mind.'

St Michael's would like to thank everyone who took part and all the people who turned out to support the event.
