SCRUFTS Fun Dog Show, will be held on June 3 at Poston Mill Park, Peterchurch, Hereford.

Last year £750 was raised in Aid of Cancer Research, this year the goal is £1000 and proceeds go to Macmillan Cancer Support and Cancer Research.

Scrufts was a fun family event last year - the fancy dress being highly amusing with camouflage dogs and owners, the child's best friend class was as cute as ever, the best trick was hilariously entertaining and then there was all those adorable dogs and puppies that not just the judge wanted to take home.

The art and craft fair will have quality items made by local Herefordshire artists and runs from 10am until 1pm and Scrufts from 1.30pm until about 3pm.

New this year, there will be a small exhibition of classic cars and bikes, plus after the dog show there will be a duck race.

Organisers have 600 ducks to sell at £1 each and it will be an exciting end to the day to launch the ducks into the River Dore from the bridge on park.

Lots of entertainment for the day including coconut shy, skittles, tombola, raffle, cake stand and more, all raising funds for these great causes.
