Scout Post - raising money for Scouting opportunities
HAVE you bought your next Christmas cards yet in the sales?
Scout Post is a huge event where money is raised for Scouting opportunities in South Marches.
Six local Scout groups are involved and between them collected nearly 36,000 cards which raised over £10,000.
For 2017 the collections will start on the weekend of December 2-3, so be prepared!
10th Hereford (Whitecross) Group also went bag packing for three days, and the money they collected will be divided between Guide Dogs and their group (for equipment and events).
South Marches would like to say a huge huge thank you to everyone involved whatever part they played. This money means that young people will be able to experience everyday fun, challenge and adventure.
