ON November 26 a dance was organised by Jan and Keith Oldershaw together with Dennis and Denise Rickets, which some 50 people attended at Kinsham Village Hall.
A total of £500 was raised including donations of £100 for the First Responders.
The idea for the dance was Jan's after her husband Keith was taken ill and was quickly dealt with by the First Responders from Bucknell who arrived 17 minutes after being called.
The presentation was made on at the Baron O Beef Bucknell on November 30.
The First Responders have to purchase some of their own equipment and uniforms and the donation was gratefully received.
