THE Herefordshire Humanists report that their last event was a great success with the British Humanist Association unexpectedly presented them with an award for best New Partner Group for 2016 - "For creating a new successful Partner Group that provides an important service for humanists in Herefordshire".
To round off the year they have the much anticipated event on November 25 when Gregg Taylor will talk about assisted dying and the continued fight for its legalisation, which has been one of the greatest causes of Humanism for some time.
Connor said "The talk promises to be relevant, informative and stirring and we would love to see some new faces come down and listen at what should be our most well-attended event yet".
The event is being held at the White Lion Inn, Ross-on-Wye at 7pm.
