KNIGHTON Primary school welcomed 17 new children and two new members of staff to the school following the summer break.
Fourteen children started school for the first time and joined the nursery section of the school.
Two joined Year 1 and one joined Year 4.
The two new members of staff were Helen Wilkinson who is teacher in charge of the resource based specialist centre and Charlotte Rimmer who will teach Year 5/6 pupils.
