LOCAL youngster, William Eckley was the first Scout to represent South Marches District Scouts (and the 1st Herefords) by performing with the National Scout and Guide Symphony.
He participated in a full week of practise and preparation for the performance.
Will played a fantastic part in the Concert Band, which performed recently in the CBSO Centre in Birmingham.
