ON May 15 the Wigmore and District Gardening Club held a very successful plant sale at the Wigmore Village Hall, raising nearly £1140 to support the club and selected local charities. Organiser Joy Ardy said " We are delighted with the support we got from club members and especially from all those that came, admired and bought. Many thanks to everyone for making this our most successful sale to date." Due to the large numbers of plants donated by members, there is a wide range of annuals, vegetables and perennial plants still available for sale at Bury Court Farmhouse, Wigmore HR6 9UP, just a short distance from the village hall towards Ludlow. So if you missed the sale come and see the bargains still available, as well as admire their beautiful NGS front garden.
