KNIGHTON and district Rotary Club have presented £500 to the Presteigne charity furniture warehouse in the Old Garage. The warehouse is part of Presteigne and Norton community support project where items including furniture, books, bric an brac and much more can be donated for resale. The donation from the Rotary club will be used to pay for two volunteers to undergo PA testing certificates so that they can then sell used portable electrical appliances.
