RUTH Davies and Mary Morgan helped by their family and friends put on an afternoon tea to celebrate the Queen's 90th Birthday at the Everest Hall Llanfair Waterdine.
At the event everyone enjoyed a traditional sandwich and cake tea followed by a toast to the Queen with a glass of sherry and the singing of the national anthem.
Throughout the event a video was played showing parts of the Queen's life.
Donations given by those who attended will go towards the hall and village church.
