THERE was a good attendance of 24 members at the society's meeting on April 6.
The main event of the meeting was two impressive 100-sheet displays by a member of the society Darrell Kellett on the subjects of India stamps 1852 to 1952 and Free Mail from the middle of the 17th century.
The society meets at St Martins Parish Centre, Ross Road, Hereford at 7.30pm on the first Wednesday of each month. New members welcome. There is ample parking space. Members of the society collect stamps, post cards and postal history and have several displays each year by visiting speakers. On May 4 a guest speaker John Mayne will be giving a display of German Togo.
