Some of the Year 5 and 6 students in their Australia inspired costumes
ON January 26 some of the students at Presteigne Primary School had cause to celebrate.
As part of their topic work on Australia the pupils from Years 5 and 6 acknowledged Australia Day by hosting their own Australian theme day.
Some of the activities involved cooking, drama, literacy and numeracy which were all linked to their topic work.
