THE sun came out for visitors to walk to Rotherwas Chapel from Herefordshire Archive and Records Centre, with displays of Dinedor Heritage Group's Lottery funded project.
Visitors passed the site for the Rotherwas House information panel which will give an insight into the splendours that were broken up in the sale of the estate in 1912.
Dinedor Heritage Group had displays of their work on the Bodenham family and their book, Dinedor and Rotherwas Explored, on which the trail is based, showing the connection with Dinedor Hill and 5000 years of change.
Elizabeth Semper-O'Keefe, collections and archive manager, went on to suggest ways HARC could help establish the group and work together to look after the chapel making it more accessible.
