FOR the first time this season, Tref-y-Clawdd Junior Rugby sent four teams out last Sunday. The Under 8s and Under 10s played in Llanidloes and the Under 12s and 14s in Bromyard. The Under 8s won their matches and Under 14s won theirs.

The Under 10s won one of their matches and lost the other and the small Under 12s squad of seven players, propped up by several Bromyard players, lost against the large Bromyard squad.

Tref-y-Clawdd Under 8s, 10s and 12s train on a Tuesday night at 6pm and the Under 14s on Thursday nights at their rugby ground in Station Road, Knighton.
