Hustings meeting in Knighton
THE church hall in Knighton was full to capacity for the Hustings meeting organised by the Knighton and district churches together on Sunday evening. All the Brecon and Radnorshire parliamentary candidates were present to answer a series of questions sent in by members of the public and read out by meeting chairman the Rev Peter Cope. Questions included local and national issues including food banks, the NHS, climate change, housing, the job situation and immigration each candidate had a minute to give their opinion on each subject.
