THE reception children from Withington Primary visited Anwells Farm in Much Marcle last week. They spent the afternoon being farmers alongside Farmer Powell the owner of the farm. They heard all about his day and the jobs he carries out. They then hunted for farm animals and the products they give us. The day was finished off playing in the hay bays and exploring the beautiful farm gardens. This trip was organised by Hazel Andrew a coordinator for Countryside Restoration, she runs a range of workshops/trips from Anwells Farm.
