LOCAL charity Megan Baker House had a visit from Leominster golf club ladies' team recently.
The players presented the cause with a cheque for £2,050.
The Grove 2014 ladies' captain Gina Whyke thanked everyone who contributed to the club's fundraising effort.
The charity's chief executive Lee Gough said she was thrilled that the golf team chose Megan Baker House as their charity. She said that to raise such a sum was "tremendous", adding: "Every penny helps us to continue providing these free life-changing sessions for children with a variety of motor disabilities."
