KNIGHTON Primary School was closed on January 14 due to adverse weather.
Heavy snow had fallen during the night leaving a good covering everywhere.
Pupils from the school quickly took advantage of their day off by going out sledging and building snowmen, while some children chose to build snow-women and even snow-dogs!
Knighton Primary school students, brothers Caleb, Isaac and Reuben Lewis had a wonderful time when they went to Bryn-y-Castell in the town to sledge down the hill.
