ALLPAY, the payment specialist, has added Visa card manufacturing to its portfolio of existing services.
The company, based at Whitestone Business Park, worked closely with Visa to pass the strict accreditation.
Visa Manufacturing Accreditation includes card production and chip embedding.
“Allpay has become one of just six approved Visa vendors in the UK and we are thrilled that we’ve also met Visa’s extremely high standards and can now produce their internationally recognised cards,” said Mark Thomas, Allpay’s deputy managing director.
“In addition to existing and new magnetic stripe card customers, Allpay is now able to extend its capability to supply an increasing number of organisations such as banks, building societies and other scheme providers with a full chip and pin card, offering the choice of two global payment methods – MasterCard and now Visa.”
