A SECOND Domino's Pizza could be coming to the county if planning permission is given for a store in Ross-on-Wye.

The pizza delivery chain has applied to Herefordshire Council for permission to open a store at 33, Gloucester Road in the market town.

Domino's has one store in the county at the moment, which is in Belmont Road in Hereford.

The chain has applied for a proposed change of use from a shop to a hot food takeaway at the former Powerhouse unit, next to One Stop.

The planning application said it was last used as a retail unit in December 2006 and that 20 new jobs would be created if permission was given.

The proposed hours are 11am to 11pm daily. Comments can be taken on the application until February 18- the planning number is 153807.
