Richard Pedlar Architects (RPA) were appointed by Loungers Limited to prepare planning and listed building consent applications for internal and external alterations to the former Farmers Club on Widemarsh Street.
Furniture store Simply Stunning, which has had an interior showroom at the site, will relocate to its base in Wormelow.
The grade II listed property failed to sell at an auction held on its premises in April 2013 after closing as the Farmers Club.
Following a £150,000 refurbishment, it opened as the new home of Simply Stunning – which specialises in interiors – last April.
