A HEREFORDSHIRE student has been recognised for her entrepreneurial talents.
Hereford College of Art (HCA) student Hannah Thompson beat off tough opposition to receive the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) Three College Business Scholarship.
Hannah set up a business making finely detailed ceramic miniature village scenes such as cottages, houses, trees and even snowmen.
Each term the FSB awards a £200 scholarship and certificate to a student from either Hereford College of Art, Hereford College of Technology or Hereford Sixth Form College.
Students must demonstrate that entrepreneurial determination which sets them apart from other high achievers.
