Having given up driving a few years ago when I finally admitted to myself (and others) how much I had always hated it, I am now discovering the joys of days out by country bus, particularly in the balmy summer months. My blog will describe my days out from Hereford. It will include some history, as well as some quirky aspects of the places visited and attempt to explain what makes a particular place interesting or special. I hope it will encourage local people to use the buses more in their leisure hours and visitors to consider exploring Herefordshire by bus rather than car.
