Wendy Tarplee started at the Hereford Times on November 6, 2006, after having a break from working to raise a young family. She loves dancing and attends regular dance and fitness classes. Wendy is a founder member of the 'Little Princess Trust' which provides hairpieces for children Wendy is a very likeable and bubbly person and has already helped out at the Hereford Times OAPs Film Show giving out mince pies and sherry.
It's been a little while since my last update, but since then I've had my last kickstart appointment and I'm really pleased to say that it really has worked!!!
I've just been to my Kickstart 3 appointment, and I'm feeling really motivated at the moment. This appointment was mainly to check up on how I've been finding my workout and I've been given some extra abs exercises to do as that's an area I particularly want to concentrate on.
When I was given the opportunity to join Halo through the Hereford Times I jumped at the chance after Christmas over indulgence and the prospect of spring looming and having to shed the jumpers I’d been hiding under.
