Hi I am 38 years old, married with a 12 year old son and I work part-time in Hereford. I am a promoter for Cancer Research UK. I have previously raised £1,100.00 for them by doing the Race for Life in memory of my late father in law Ron Cook. Now l am secretary of a group of fabulous people called the 'Hereford Stars' whose common aim is to fundraise for Cancer Research UK. So far since starting in August we have already raised £2,500.

As you know by now - saturday 20th's Balloon Race was our first group event since changing from being "3 mad ladies" to increasing numbers and becoming the "Hereford Stars"

Worst Floods since 1789
This July has got to down in everybody here in Herefordshire's - and indeed the Midland's worst summer in memory. In fact l think we've had our summer it was in April and we blinked and missed it!
