My month Down Under

Posted on 9:27am Tuesday 20th May 2008

My Month in Thailand and Malaysia

Posted on 3:40am Wednesday 9th April 2008

I was not prepared for the change in temperature as I stepped off the plane in Bangkok on the 28th of February. I've just been to my Kickstart 3 appointment, and I'm feeling really motivated at the moment. This appointment was mainly to check up on how I've been finding my workout and I've been given some extra abs exercises to do as that's an area I particularly want to concentrate on.

Wake Up to Oil

Posted on 2:35pm Friday 29th February 2008

The infrastructure of our society is based on the use of oil. From the food we eat and the clothes on our backs to the financial system which drives our economy.
