Highway code booklets for mobility carts

HEREFORDSHIRE Council has produced a highway code with a difference.
A special highway code booklet for users of mobility carts has been put together to provide advice about driving these vehicles safely especially in city centres.
The guide cleverly uses cartoons to drive the message home.
It provides information about the different types of mobility carts or scooters and where you can use them.
Copies of the booklet are available from the council, Age Concern, Shopmobility and Community Voluntary Action.
