THE Hereford Times prints between 4pm and 6pm today (Wednesday) so there's always a bit of last minute madness as the deadline nears.

Our journalists are perfectionists, who want to get everything absolutely right but the clock ticks on...

The best story in the world is useless if it fails to make the page in time.

Part of the training is to make sure people can keep a cool head, think and write clearly and at speed.
