Wendy Tarplee's Gym update

I had a really good week last week and managed to get to the gym several times. I've been for my kickstart 4 appointment and saw a different instructor this time. I was a bit concerned at first about not having Sue who was familiar with my program, but I actually found it quite helpful to have a different input from Rosie. She gave me some techniques to improve my running. I was running in intervals where I'd alternate doing a minute slow and a minute fast for the length of my run. I've noticed that it's improved my fitness even after only doing it just a few times! (Also, it seems to make the time on the treadmill go a bit faster which is a huge benefit in itself!) I'm all booked in for my last appointment where I'll be having my measurements taken again to see if the hard work has paid off, so I'm all motivated for a big push to get some good news from that...hopefully.
