It's time again to mention the up coming monthly Red Hat Society meeting. This month we are meeting at 7:00 P.M. at Bunch of Carrots. Our 2nd meeting out in public in our Red Hat garb should display a few new faces thanks to the kind mention and photo printed in this newspaper. In addition our members are starting to tell their friends about us and at least one will be coming along to the next meeting.

I am so pleased at the interest displayed in our little group that I think it won't be long before I can't call us a 'little' group any longer.

New members are encouraged and always welcomed.

About hats; I got my first one at Hat Trick on East Street. It's really a bit outrageous and a very impressive hat if I do say so myself and Angela, the owner of the shop, was most helpful in helping me make my selection. This week I decided I'd see if I could find another hat or even 2 so I went to eBay and typed in 'red hat' in the 'buy' section and bought one 'buy it now' very camp, over the top, cowgirl hat with a tiara on it and bid on another summery red hat, both for very good prices.

Now I just need to find another purple outfit so I don't have to wear the same one to every meeting.
