UPDATE: A49 at St Owen's Cross partially blocked due to collapsed manhole

TRAFFIC is back to normal along the A49 at St Owen's Cross after a manhole collapsed.
There was heavy traffic both ways between B4521 and A4137, near to Pengethley Manor Hotel, between Bridstow and Llandinabo, from around 12pm today but the incident has now been resolved.
