NORTH Herefordshire MP Bill Wiggin has stood down from his position as a Government whip.
The 46-year-old Conservative MP, who was appointed to the post after the May 2010 general election, said he could not explain the reasons behind his decision at present.
Rumours he no longer held the position started circling last week.
