Lloyds bank selling its Ledbury, Ross-on-Wye and Hereford branches
6:40pm Thursday 26th July 2012 in News
LLOYDS Banking Group is to sell off branches of Cheltenham and Gloucester in Ledbury , Ross -on-Wye and Commercial Street, Hereford.
The three are on a list of more than 600 Lloyds TSB and Cheltenham and Gloucester outlets which the Lloyds group is selling to the Co-operative Bank.
The sale is to meet European competition rulings following Lloyds’ taxpayer bailout, which left the UK government holding 40 per cent of the company.
The affected branches will eventually be rebranded TSB before eventual absorption into the Co-operative network.

It says quite specifically that ("Lloyds Banking Group" (which includes LLOYDS TSB and HALIFAX BANK OF SCOTLAND and CHELTENHAM AND GLOUCESTER among others) is selling three branches "of Cheltenham and Gloucester".
How could it be any clearer?
