Motorcyclist flown to hospital after Herefordshire fall

A MOTORCYCLIST has been flown to hospital after falling from his bike.
West Midlands Ambulance Service was called to the outskirts of Adforton, Leintwardine, around 8.30am today.


An ambulance crew and the Midlands Air Ambulance from Cosford attended.
Chris Kowalik, of West Midlands Ambulance Service, said:

“The motorcyclist, a man in his forties, had fallen from his bike and ended up in a hedge.
 

"He had abdominal, back and head injuries but was in a stable condition at the scene. He was immobilised and flown to Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham.”
