Burglar jailed for six and a half years

A MAN has been sentenced to six and a half years in prison after committing a number of burglaries in the West Midlands, including one in Herefordshire.
Roy Wallace, aged 44, from Lingard Close, Nechells, Birmingham, admitted eight charges of burglary, an attempted burglary, theft of a car and dangerous driving during a police pursuit.
The burglary in Herefordshire happened at a home in Grafton in October last year.
He was sentenced at Worcester Crown Court on Wednesday.
