E-fit picture of a man the police want to talk to in relation to the robbery.
A MAN was left unconscious in the street after being attacked from behind in Ledbury.
The 32-year-old had walked from Biddulph Way to Oakland Drive at around 8.45pm on June 28 when a man past him in the opposite direction.
The unknown man then stopped and the victim became aware of others around him, but fell to the ground after a hit to the back of the head.
He was kicked in the face as he tried to stop his black rucksack - which contained an Apple iPhone 4S with a Star Wars cover on the back, a black and grey wallet containing around £23 and a ticket for a Stone Roses concert - from being stolen and fell unconscious for a short time.
West Mercia Police has now released an e-fit of a man they want to speak to in relation to the robbery.
The attacker was described as white but tanned, between 35 and 40-year-old, around 6ft tall with a muscular build and dark hair. He was wearing a white v-necked t-shirt, blue jeans and dark coloured footwear.
Anyone with information should contact West Mercia Police on 101 or 0300 3333000, quoting reference number 0952S 280612 or can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
