Man and woman seriously injured following "stabbing" in Ledbury

A MAN and a woman have been seriously injured following a domestic incident in Ledbury this evening.

Both are being treated in hospital in Birmingham.

A 56-year-old Nottinghamshire man has been arrested in relation to the incident.

He too sustained injuries and is being treated at another hospital.

Many people in the town have reported that the injuries were as a result of a stabbing, but this has not been confirmed yet.

Police are not looking for anyone else in relation to the incident, but witnesses should call them on 101 or crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

People should be aware that significant traffic disruption is expected in Ledbury tomorrow morning.
