Alethea Taylor disappearance: Husband remanded in custody

A FUNERAL director charged with the murder of his wife appeared in court today.
John Taylor, aged 60, of Mortimer Drive, Orleton, appeared before Worcester Crown Court this morning.
He is accused of the murder of Alethea Taylor who has not been seen since leaving the home they shared in the north Herefordshire village on January 19.
Taylor was remanded in custody and is due to reappear on July 2.
The court heard this morning that a trial is not likely to take place until next year.
