PEOPLE all across Herefordshire are continuing celebrating the Queen's Diamond Jubilee today.

The weather may have been miserable yesterday, but parties still took place throughout the county, from Skenfrith to Bromyard.

While in London, the boat representing Herefordshire took to the River Thames to sail along with 1,000 other boats.

The Wye Trow, named the Hereford Bull, was in the manpowered section leading the entire pageant and flew with a flag with the word 'Herefordshire' at the masthead.

This afternoon, more Jubilee parties will be held, including Westminster Avenue, Tupsley, Hereford, and The Grange, Leominster, while tonight the Hereford beacon will be lit in Churchill Gardens.
