Boat stolen from Symonds Yat

A BOAT was stolen from a camp site in Symonds Yat yesterday.
Two men - who told a man that they were from the council - were seen leading a large rowing boat onto to the back of a Ford Transit van at Doward Park between 5.15pm and 5.40pm.
They left in the direction of the A40.
The men are described as being white, in their mid 20s and around 5ft 10ins tall.
The boat - registration number NJ58 VTN - is worth around £200, but the owner is intending to repair it before selling it.
