The EDGAR STREET GRID is a load of bull as well, how much has it cost THE CITY COUNCIL to move businesses elswhere in the city, that were on THE CATTLE MARKET,or do us HEREFORDIANS have to foot the bill, watch your COUNCIL TAX BILL,shoot up next year.fuel prices have gone down, why is that?
Fuel prices rise and fall due to the cost of oil,or is this something else you want to blame the Council for.

It don't matter where it goes, if shops keep closing there will be no need for anyone to go into the city centre

Yeomans outdoor, C.M.D and Hawkshead are closing or have closed, also clinton cards, but that is a national problem.
The bull will not look good outside the Old House, seats and yet more tress will be lost. Also how long will it be before it get graffiti on and yet another cost to remove that for tax payers?
I am so glad I spend little time in the city centre, because it really is a depressing place, but then it been like that for years.

ScruffyBull what has IOC got to do with where the bull is positioned, the bull is just a sad copy of Birmingham, hardly something to be proud of.
