The Royal National College for the Blind (RNC) has celebrated 140 years at the top of its field.

Hereford Times photographer James Maggs took to the skies to capture staff and students from the Hereford site spelling out RNC during a day of birthday events.

The college will continue to mark RNC's anniversary with a street collection in High Town on Saturday, March 24.
