AN elderly woman was quickly pulled out of the River Wye in Hereford a short while ago.
Police were called to Greyfriars Bridge just before 11.35am following a report for concern for safety.
Chris Ammonds, police press officer, told the Hereford Times that the woman was found on the river bank and did end up in the water, but she was quickly pulled out.
