MILLENNIUM QUILT - The specially- designed quilt was hung in position on the south wall of the nave on June 12. It is the result of five months' patient work by a dedicated group of local ladies, under the guidance of Marie Roper.

MILLENNIUM TRIPTYCH - This has been created by a group of local amateur artists, under the guidance of Mr Benjamin, and is also on display in the church.

PHOTOGRAPHIC DISPLAY - The new exhibition of photographs by Kathleen Freeman is on display in the church and is receiving many accolades for their brilliant depiction of the Spirit of Herefordshire. The combined exhibition reflects great credit on all local residents who have given their time and talents to bring the church alive in this way. It is unrivalled by any other parish church in Herefordshire.

CANTORION CONCERT - The choral concert provided by the Cantorion Llandrindod was a great success. The programme was varied and the choir, under conductor James Thomas, sang beautifully, with brio and expertise. Many thanks to Pat Smith for the delicious refreshments she provided and thanks to all who attended. The sum raised for the church was £440.

RESEARCH - A visitor from Staffordshire is seeking information about his grandmother, Louise Rapson (nee Collett), born in 1887, who it is thought may have taught as an uncertified teacher in Eardisland School between 1912 and 1930. If anyone has any recollections of either Louise Rapson or her daughter Ada (born 1912), please contact Paul Selfe on 01544 388 571.
